Lanlords, wife (Linda) and husband (Neil), are extremely friendly and welcoming people. They were always going extra mile, doing extra (way beyond and more than required) level of service: from extremely efficiently fixing some small issues (whenever it was required), to sending me presents at Christmas and even providing their golf equipment (thanks, Neil!).
When I came in the first night, I was extremely tired, and Linda has put a new bed linen (which obviously was a beyond needed gesture). I appreciate all their help, which made my tenancy calm and comfortable. Because of them I could forget about literally all the flat hustle, and could focus on the studying.
